The IASP European Division conference is hosted and organised by York Science Park, UK

TICKET OFFER: SPRING SPECIAL

The event is part of the bigger conference and exhibition held jointly with UKSPA at York Racecourse on 8-10 May 2017, offering additional networking opportunities with up to 400 delegates expected.

Within this wider event, a separate IASP track will focus on:

  • international case studies and research
  • science park impact and performance
  • evolving innovation ecologies, and
  • emerging global incubation landscapes.

International Delegates will be able to attend:

Monday 8 May 2017. Join WAINOVA Delegates at a Welcome Reception and Dinner in York on the Monday evening.

Tuesday 9 May 2017. IASP International Sessions at York Race Course Conference Centre with gala dinner in the evening.

Wednesday 10 May 2017. IASP International Sessions at York Race Course Conference Centre with optional tours in the afternoon.

Attendees will also have the chance to visit the exhibition and join the main conference for any sessions of particular interest.

The event will bring together IASP members from across the UK and Europe to explore the region in an informal environment, including a dinner in historic surroundings within the City of York. As well as being one of the UK’s most beautiful cities, York also offers creative experimentation, technological innovation and flourishing economic growth for its more than 7,500 businesses, many of which are based at York Science Park.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There is plenty of free parking at the venue. If arriving by train to York station, we suggest you take a taxi to the venue.

What's the refund policy?

Refunds are permitted up to three months prior to the event, less a £50 admin fee. Any cancellations received within the three month cut-off date are non-refundable.

Name-changes are possible. Cancellations/name-change must be made in writing to conference@istonline.org.uk.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No. Your ticket is your booking confirmation. Providing you have registered online, simply turn up at the event and register in person at the Registration Desk.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes you can update your booking online.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Name-changes are possible. Cancellations/name-change must be made in writing to conference@istonline.org.uk.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Yes, as long as you have informed us of a name-change and we have confirmed it is ok.
