Description
We are running a 6 week Mindfulness course with fellow patient support group SACA, for Vasculitis patients and their carers. We are using donations to reduce the cost to you.
Venue NICVA, Duncairn Gardens, Belfast (easy get to off motorway and plenty of parking on site)
Times 6-8pm
Dates (Wednesday evenings), 5th February, 12th February, 19th February, 26th February, 4th March and 11th March
