The United Kingdom Science Park Association (UKSPA) and S-Lab are organising a conference, exhibition and awards gala dinner on 9th and 10th May at York racecourse. This two day conference will attract 500+ delegates who are engaged in the financing, design, managing and operation of scientific research, incubation and innovation facilities.

FAQs

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There is plenty of free parking at the venue. If arriving by train to York station, we suggest you take a taxi to the venue.

What's the refund policy?

Conference and Awards Dinner ticket refunds are permitted up to three months prior to the event, less a £50 admin fee. Any cancellations received within the three month cut-off date are non-refundable.

Name-changes are possible. Cancellations/name-change must be made in writing to conference@istonline.org.uk

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No. Your ticket is your booking confirmation. Simply turn up at the event and register at the Registration Desk.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes you can update your booking online.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Name-changes are possible. Cancellations/name-change must be made in writing to conference@istonline.org.uk. See refund policy above.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Yes, as long as you have informed us of a name-change and we have confirmed it is ok.
