We know that many IT companies are keen to bring young people into their organisations however many have poor experiences with apprenticeship providers.
Therefore UKITA has partnered with Digital Native UK to develop and deliver a programme that focuses on the needs of SMEs and addresses the concerns that members have raised.
This launch event gives you the opportunity to:
1. Gain an overview of the programme and have your say on it's development
2. Hear from James Whatmore, Managing Director of Job Logic on his experiences of employing apprentices and working with Digital Native UK
3. Gain an overview from Andrew Corbett, UKITA, on why a UKITA braded programme was needed
And, most importantly discuss your apprenticeship requirements with the team at Digital Native UK.
