Organizer of International Women's Day & Women's History Month
Since 2017, Hilltop Mountain Biking has embraced mountain biking as more than a sport—it’s a way of life that mirrors the resilience, discipline, and adaptability required to succeed both on and off the bike.Led by seasoned athlete and coach Jaime Hill, we cultivate an inclusive high-performance culture where riders of all backgrounds develop the skills, mindset, and leadership to push their limits, rise to challenges, and thrive in sport and beyond. Our Vision is to build an inclusive mountain biking community where every athlete can develop skills, confidence, and a lifelong connection to sport. Through an athlete-centered approach, we foster performance, resilience, and leadership, empowering individuals to push their limits, excel on and off the bike, and contribute to the growth of cycling in Canada. Our mission is to develop athletes through expert coaching, evidence-based training, and a holistic approach to performance. We foster a high-performance mindset built on technical mastery, strategic decision-making, and resilience.Beyond performance, we grow the sport through inclusive, athlete-centered programs that promote skill progression, mentorship, and lifelong participation. Through community outreach, we break down barriers to ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion remain central to our mission, strengthening both athletes and the broader cycling community.
