OUR SPEAKERS

Libby Hill is an award-winning speech and language therapist, having graduated from University College London in 1986, and going on to set up Small Talk Speech and Language Therapy in 2007. Small Talk supports the PDA Society and PDA Action, featured on Channel 4’s ‘Born Naughty’, and have worked with children with PDA across the UK.

Libby will be providing us with insight into her own PDA research projects as well as case studies on the ‘Safe and Sound Protocol’. Her passion and commitment towards speech & language and PDA approaches alongside her professional experience will both inspire and enlighten you!

The PDA Society was first established by volunteers in 1997 and then registered as a charity in 2016. They provide information, support and training about PDA for individuals, families and professionals, aiming to increase understanding of a PDA profile and to improve outcomes for individuals and families by focusing everyone involved on ‘what helps’.
