About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours 15 minutes

Join me for this Christmas Special of The Ghost Story Book Club, live-streamed on Zoom. My guests will be Jenn Ashworth (author of Ghosted, A Kind of Intimacy and Fell) and Andrew Michael Hurley (author of The Loney, Starve Acre and Barrowbeck). We'll be discussing three of our favourite ghost stories to read at Christmastime. Ticket holders will receive an email telling them which stories we'll be covering so they can read them ahead of the episode!

We'll also be asking for your comments and questions live during the episode - so make sure you join us for this special event!

NB: We also have ANOTHER Christmas Special, happening on Weds 11 Dec, where my guest will be Mike Muncer of The Evolution of Horror. Book your tickets for that here.

Buying a ticket for this special live-streamed event is a fantastic way to give a little something towards the upkeep of The Ghost Story Book Club. Your support is valued enormously.

Gather round the fire, crack open the mince pies, the mulled wine and/or the eggnog and let's dive into it!

Date: Weds 18 Dec 2024

Time: 7.15pm UK (for a prompt 7.30pm start - you may not be admitted if you arrive after 7.30pm)

Tickets are pay what you decide, with a suggested priced of £8

The Zoom information will be sent to ticket holders a few days before the event - so keep an eye on your emails!

See you there!
