His debut novel Hold (4th Estate, 2018) was shortlisted for the Desmond Elliott Prize and he was selected by Scottish poet laureate Jackie Kay as one of the ten best writers in the UK. His second novel, Grow Where They Fall, was published by Penguin in 2024. He also reviews books for The Guardian, Independent, Times and TLS.Iain Sinclair has lived in Hackney since 1968, working at a variously titled London project. His books include the prize-winning novel Downriver and the psychogeographical explorations Lights Out for the Territory and London Orbital. Two monographs, Blake's London: The Topographic Sublime and Swimming to Heaven: The Lost Rivers of London, were issued by Swedenborg House.Helen Mort is Professor of Creative Writing at Manchester Metropolitan University and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Literature. She has published three poetry collections with Chatto &amp; Windus and her work has been shortlisted for the T.S. Eliot Prize and the Forward Prize.Alexander Fairbairn-Dixon has taught advanced Literature and English Language for over 25 years. A former Head of English, Alexander currently writes and teaches Literature courses to adults at The City Literary Institute, Covent Garden, and The Questors Theatre, Ealing. He has been writing a book on the critical reception of JG Ballard, and a short title on Ernest Hemingway for Greenwich Exchange.
