Get ready for the ultimate performance and wellness summit with Men's Health, hosted the renowned rural Essex gym facility that is Farm Fitness.

You'll be in for a day of hybrid training workouts crafted by the Men’s Health and Farm Fitness teams - all of which are adaptable to any fitness level. In between sessions, enjoy panel talks and Q&As, hosted by MH Fitness Director Andrew Tracey, with figures including endurance athlete and adventurer Joshua Patterson and author and nutritionist James Collier, co-founder of Huel.

You'll be split into two groups and will enjoy two workout sessions and two talks, either side of a nutritious lunch, provided by Pump&Plate. Before heading home, you'll also receive a Men's Health goody bag.

MEET OUR SPEAKERS

JOSHUA PATTERSON

Joshua Patterson is a World Record holder and a renowned ultra-athlete who has spent the past six years achieving groundbreaking feats and setting numerous records. Most recently, he became the first person to complete a marathon in all four UK countries within 24 hours and the first to run a marathon in all 76 UK cities consecutively. He is also a dedicated philanthropist, with a strong commitment to improving mental health and well-being. In addition, Josh is a wellness and fitness Samsung UK #TeamGalaxy ambassador for the Galaxy Watch Ultra, using cutting-edge technology to support his endurance training and performance. Josh’s next World Challenge will be in September, where he will be running a marathon at the highest altitude.

JAMES COLLIER

James is a Registered Nutritionist and Huel Co-Founder. Huel produces nutritionally-complete sustainable food and has sold more than 500 million meals across +80 countries. James has more than 30 years' experience, including as an NHS dietitian and in bodybuilding and fitness where he worked with elite athletes. More recently, James is author of Well Fed: How modern diets are failing us (and what we can do about it) a book that delves into the critically important concerns that relate to poor nutrition and its impact on physical and mental health, the environment and animal welfare.

ANDREW TRACEY

Andrew Tracey is the Men's Health Fitness Director and host of the MH Podcast. He has been in the health and fitness industry for almost 20-years, working as a coach, nutritionist and writer.

TOM KEMP

Tom founded ‘Farm Fitness’ in 2016 and has collated 10 years of experience in the fitness industry working as a personal and group trainer. He has reached many milestones within the fitness industry featuring as a Men’s Health’s front cover model in both the UK and South Africa and is currently an ambassador for Under Armour, showcasing on their latest campaign ‘The only way is through’. Tom has competed in function fitness and strongman competitions world-wide, owing his self-drive to a competitive sporting background derived from a young age.

FAQs

Do I need a certain fitness level to take part? All of the workouts will be adaptable to any fitness level however we recommend you have basic level of fitness to prevent injury and to make the most of the day.

What is the refund policy? Please note that tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Do I need to bring my ticket to the event? You will need to bring your ticket to the event but this can be on your phone or printed. You will receive an email from Eventbrite which will include a PDF of your ticket. Please ensure you have this attachment to gain entry to the venue.
