Hosting and Co-hosting Zoom

We probably all attend zoom meetings but hosting it means you need to know how to use the zoom tools well. This session provides an opportunity to brush up on your skills in hosting and co-hosting zoom /webinar meetings and gives you an opportunity to try the tools out in a safe and non-threatening environment.

We will go through the various zoom functions learning how to:

• manage participants

• use whiteboard

• breakout rooms

• share screen for presentations, video and audio

• record and save meetings

• zoom security
