LGBTQ+ Inclusion Training for Organisations (3hrs CPD Certificate)

Through lived experience and the most recent research and best practice, you will learn how to make your workplace or business more LGBTQ+ Inclusive. This comprehensive course gives you all the tools you need and practical actions to start taking action.

Course Modules

Each module includes practical actions so you can implement the learning right away:

• Understanding key LGBTQ+ history and laws
• Learning LGBTQ+ terms and key definitions including trans and non binary
• Understanding key challenges for the LGBTQ+ community
• Using best practice pronouns and how to make mistakes well!
• Creating LGBTQ+ inclusive spaces (online and offline) using visible "signs of safety"
• Updating your forms, website, marketing to include LGBTQ+ inclusive language
• How to attract more LGBTQ+ people to your organisation and business
• Support available to LGBTQ+ people in Scotland for signposting
• Creating LGBTQ+ inclusive polices and procedures and practices

They are on a mission to build a world where all LGBTQ+ people can thrive and they do this through their LGBTQ+ Inclusion work which fund their LGBTQ+ Wellbeing Programme in Scotland.

CPD Certificate and Rainbow Resource Hub

Each participant will receive a 3hr CPD certificate and access to the Rainbow Resource Hub for 1 year. The Rainbow Resource Hub includes templates, best practice and a library of resources to support you to become more inclusive and upate all of your policies, procedures and practices.
