2025 marks the 80th anniversary of the formal end of the Second World War. The Second World War Network (Scotland) will be marking this occasion by hosting a one-day colloquium which aims to capture the latest research on the war and bring together international scholars undertaking research on all aspects of this global conflict. The colloquium will provide a space for researchers at all stages of their career to showcase and discuss their scholarship in the field of Second World War Studies.


Audience places are limited, and there is a fee of £10 to attend. Please register your interest through Eventbrite, and you will be sent a link to epay to confrm your attendence. Places are not guaranteed until the fee is paid.


Full programmes will be published closer to the colloquium, but rest assured we have fantastic panels!
