A gentle workshop to explore radical acceptance through breath, reflection, community sharing, and creative expression.Come join us for Journey into Radical Acceptance, a warm and welcoming workshop led by Tide Adesanya (@teadayblogs), an Artist and Workshop facilitator. Inspired by the work of Tara Brach, this workshop will help us learn how to practice acceptance in a real, grounded, actually-doable way. Located in a brand new creative space in the heart of Hackney founded by a creative couple, Jay and AnnikaWhat to expect:<ul><li>Mindful breathing and gentle movement to help you arrive</li><li>A powerful audio teaching to spark insights</li><li>Honest, supportive group sharing (only if you want!)</li><li>A guided creative art exercise to explore the parts of yourself you struggle to accept</li><li>A relaxed, open space where nothing has to be perfect</li></ul>You’ll leave with:<ul><li>A deeper understanding of what radical acceptance really feels like</li><li>Simple tools you can use every day to be kinder to yourself</li><li>A meaningful art piece that reflects your personal journey</li><li>A small take-home gift to remind you to keep choosing acceptance</li><li>A sense of connection, grounding, and a softer way of moving into the year ahead</li></ul>What you can bring:<ul><li>Wear comfy clothes</li><li>Favourite comfort pillow/blanket/scents/item</li></ul>Aside from that, come as you are!
