Our CONNECT groups are held monthly in each borough or district of the County, and are suitable for any stage of the ADHD journey. Meet other families, learn and share with people who ‘get it’.
Monthly topics of interest to help you to support your child or young person with ADHD.

• These are adult‑only sessions
• A maximum of 2 places per family
• Each adult must book their own place separately (one ticket per person)
