Who are Inner Glow retreats suitable for?

The retreat is suitable for beginners and beyond. A general level of fitness is required.

Question 2

Do I need to have any prior experience of retreats or yoga?

Accepted Answer

No prior experience needed. The physical classes are designed to be relaxing and at a level that suits beginners and beyond, posture modifications will be offered. It is always best to let your host know if there is anything that may affect your practise so they can accommodate your needs.

Question 3

Do you cater for people with allergies and intolerances?

Accepted Answer

Yes absolutely! Please let us know as soon as possible any of your dietary requirements so we can let our retreat chef know in advance of meal planning and shopping. Email us on enquiries@thequaives.com.

Question 4

What shall I bring to the retreat?

Accepted Answer

Relaxed-comfy wear for yoga that you can stretch in. Optional-Trainers, tennis wear, walking wear, walking shoes, waterproof, journal and pens, reading book.

Question 5

Will linen, towels and yoga equipment be provided?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we provide all linen, towels, robes and yoga equipment - mat, blanket, brick, strap, lavender eye pillow.

Is there parking on site?

Yes loads of parking for everyone

Question 7

What is the nearest train station and do you offer cab share?

Accepted Answer

The nearest train stations are Canterbury West OR Canterbury East. If you are coming from London, the quickest trains are from Kings Cross St Pancras or Stratford- approx 50 minutes to Canterbury West. The trains to Canterbury East are slower with more stops. We connect retreaters for cab shares.

Do you offer a cab share service?

Yes we put everyone in touch that would like to share a cab so you can work out arrival times together. You can either pre-book a cab or pick one up straight out of the station.

Are pets allowed?

Accepted Answer

Sorry no pets allowed. The owners have a dog on site that whilst super friendly with humans is not so keen on other cats or dogs.

Question 10

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Accepted Answer

A reservation requires a deposit of 30% of the total price. The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled. - The rest of the payment should be paid 30 days before arrival. -No refunds We reserve the right to cancel the retreat if it is not meeting the minimum 10 participants.
