We will be running this course in person every Thursday 1st Feb  to Thur 14th March 9:30 am to 12:30pm

The healthy parent carer programme is designed to improve parent carers' health and wellbeing by promoting emotional balance through understanding, empowerment, confidence and resilience.Some of the Parent Reps from Bedford Borough Parent Carer Forum are leading the delivery of the programme to parent carers of children who have SEND in Bedford Borough. Those delivering the programme are all parent carers themselves.​We will be running this course in person every Thursday from Thursday 29th February to Thursday 18th April fromaged 9:30 to 12:30 pm (with a break in the half term week). The meetings will take place at Queens Park Family Hub, Malborough Road, MK40 4LE​To book you must be a parent carer of a child aged 0-25 living in Bedford Borough.
