About this event

Join us at Paignton Library for a community picnic to celebrate VE days 80th anniversary. Bring along a picnic, grab a drink and cake from our cafe and enjoy music and games.

Vintage singer Samantha Montini will be performing songs from the era by musical greats such as Glen Miller, The Andrew Sisters and Vera Lynn. Plus we will have garden games to keep the little kids and the big kids entertained.

Why not ‘Pack up your old kit bag’ and join us for a ‘Sentimental Journey’, all the way to ‘Tipperary’ and back!

You do not need a ticket to attend but donations are appreciated and you will be reminded of the event.
