About this event

  • Event lasts 2 hours

Yoesden Bank is a BBOWT Nature Reserve in the Radnage Valley. It supports some of the best steep calcareous grassland in the beautiful Chiltern Landscape and is ‘topped’ by a Beech ‘Hanger’ Woodland.

We will explore the steep slopes for spring butterflies and day-flying moths. We hope to find Adonis Blue amongst a variety of other fauna and flora.

Accessibility & risks: sloping, steep and stony in places, muddy in places; kissing gates and gates; bench. Please check for ticks after the walk and let the leader know if you have picked up any ticks. (Tick advice)

Meet at the entrance field by the pumping station, on Bottom Road, Radnage. Parking in the field.
