The main eventThe legendary North East boxer Glenn McCrory, the Champion and British former professional boxer. who competed from 1984 to 1993. He held the IBF cruiserweight title from 1989 to 1990, and at regional level held the British and Commonwealth cruiserweight title between 1987 and 1988.Known as the voice of boxing after commentating for 3 decades on Sky Sports since 1989.

He will be joined on stage by a familiar household name Jeff Brown is a broadcaster and journalist who is the face of BBC regional news programme Look North and has been since 2003.

We can guarantee this will be an evening not to forget night full of laughs and surprises. Our event is the start of a series of talk events that are aimed to raise awareness of Mental Health and to raise funds to support access to mental health support.
