Is the event wheelchair accessible

Accepted Answer

This year all events will be on the same, flat, grassy field. The wolf group talks and close-ups will be in Wolf Woods wich is not accessible by wheelchair however, if you notify us in good time, something can be arranged to help facilitate this part of the day for you. The field is a bit bumpy.

Is there food available or should I bring my own?

Spudshack will be on site dishing up delicious, inexpensive jacket potatoes with lots of various fillings. If you ask Chris he will be able to make you a totally vegan, dairy free jacket potato. He also has drinks and snacks.  Alternatively,  you are most welcome to bring along your own picnic

Is the event dog friendly?

The site is dog friendly, we only ask that when the wolves and birds of prey are about on the field that you pop your pooch on a lead.

Can I park on site?

There is free parking on site however, this is limited so we ask that you car share where possible

Yes, the camp site has 2 toilets

Can I camp over at Wild Heart Hill?

Yes! Please contact Josie at Wild Heart directly. Be sure to mention that you are attending the event. Tents and camper vans are accommodated. Fancy glamping? Let us know asap.

Are there any stalls at the event?

Accepted Answer

We do not want this event to become too commercial but yes, there will be 2 or 3 stalls where you can purchase norse/viking-era goodies. Project Wolfheart has a stall with all things wolfie raising funds for the rescue wolves and wolfdogs
