This Halloween, join our ghostly host for an after-hours tour of one of Manchester’s most famous buildings. Hear eerie stories from Afflecks long history and some haunted tales of the past and present. Please read the following information carefully before booking your tickets for theAfflecks After Hours Ghost Walk Tour. Tickets &amp; Booking<ul><li>All tickets are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.</li><li>Once your booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with your e-tickets directly from Eventbrite.</li><li>There’s no need to print your tickets, simply show them on your phone at the start of the tour.</li><li>We will also have a record of all attendees and will read the guest list aloud at the beginning of the performance.</li></ul>Timing &amp; Attendance<ul><li>The tour departs on time and cannot wait for latecomers.</li><li>Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the advertised start time for ticket checks and essential pre-show information.</li><li>As this is a tour, late arrivals cannot be admitted, and no refunds or exchanges will be offered in this case. Accessibility &amp; Comfort</li></ul><ul><li>The tour route includes numerous stairs and uneven surfaces.</li><li>Unfortunately, this means it is not suitable for those with walking difficulties, wheelchair users, or mobility scooters.</li><li>Please ensure you are comfortable navigating stairs before booking.</li><li>Sensible footwear is advised Performance Details</li></ul><ul><li>The experience lasts approximately 45 minutes</li><li>The stories shared are based on documented accounts, witness statements, and the Afflecks team's personal experiences. Restrictions &amp; Conduct</li><li>This event is for ages 14 and up</li></ul><ul><li>Please be respectful - no smoking, vaping, or mobile phone use during the performance. Anyone who doesn’t follow this may be asked to leave without a refund </li></ul> Cancellations &amp; Minimum Numbers<ul><li>A minimum of five tickets must be sold per tour for the performance to go ahead.</li><li>In the event of cancellation due to insufficient numbers, you will be notified at least 24 hours in advance and offered an alternative date or a full refund.</li><li>Afflecks reserves the right to cancel or suspend a performance without prior notice. If this occurs, a refund or transfer will be offered. Force Majeure We cannot accept liability or offer compensation where a performance is affected by circumstances beyond our control (“force majeure”), including — but not limited to — war, civil unrest, industrial action, extreme weather, pandemics, or natural disasters. Agreement By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you and any guests have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.</li></ul>
