You’re invited to meet Hermione Wiltshire (Senior Tutor on Photogtaphy MA) in Athens for an in-person conversation about studying at the RCA.

  • Current RCA applicants and offer-holders
  • Friends and family are also welcome to join, though please ensure they have a ticket

You don't have to specialise in any discipline to attend this event: we welcome guests planning to apply to all subject areas.

Due to the postgraduate nature of RCA study, all attendees must be over 18.

About the host

Hermione Wiltshire (Senior Tutor of Photography MA)

Hermione's work, which examines maternity, gender politics and modernity, is held in major collections including the Arts Council, the Walker Arts collection and the Weltkunst Collection.

Hermione studied Sculpture at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design, London, at BA level followed by an MA at Chelsea School of Art. In 1993, Hermione Wiltshire was a Momart Fellow at the Tate Gallery Liverpool, where she spent six months carrying out a residency followed by an exhibition at the Tate gallery Liverpool called Elective Affinities. She was also a scholar at the British School of Rome and returned often to Rome and Naples to complete several major series of works.

She has presented papers at many conferences and given lectures about her work and related topics both national and internationally. She has also taught at numerous art schools including Istanbul, Turkey and Italy.
