1 ticket will admit 2 people - you and a support person.

The class will be held in the Antenatal Clinic at Princess Royal Hospital.

This session starts at 09:30 and finishes at 15:30. There will be a lunch break and 2 comfort breaks. There is a café and shop available next to the Antenatal clinic or a Restaurant on the 2nd floor for refreshments.

Please bring water to drink throughout and any snacks you may want or need. You may wish to bring a cushion to sit on for comfort.
