Cancellation requests must be in writing. The fee remains payable and is non-refundable but delegates may transfer, on request, to another online training if appropriate.
In the case of cancellation by the ILFM we will refund 100% of the fee, or allow a free transfer. In the event of a cancellation at any time by the ILFM, for whatever reason, liability will be limited to a refund of any delegate fee paid.
