What is your refund policy?

If you’re unable to attend Arcane Season 2: Checkpoint Rivington, we offer refunds up to 5 days before the event date via Eventbrite

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Accepted Answer

The venue has step free access and is accessible for individuals using wheelchairs, there is an accessible toilet on the ground floor at the venue.

Question 3

Will food and drink be available at the event?

Accepted Answer

You cannot bring your own food and drink to the event. But don't worry! Soft drinks will be available at The Last Drop bar to enjoy.

Question 4

Will there be filming at the event?

Accepted Answer

Filming will occur throughout the event for social media purposes. If you prefer not to be filmed, please inform a staff member know upon  arrival.

Question 5

How do I book a free carer ticket?

Accepted Answer

Guests with accessible needs are entitled to a free carer ticket for one personal assistant/ carer who accompanies any disabled guest. Please email checkpointrivington@wearecollider.com if you need a carer ticket.

What happens if I'm late for my slot?

Accepted Answer

We understand that London public transportation can be unreliable. If you’re more than 10 minutes late to your timeslot we will try our best to fit you into the next time slot if possible.  However, this might not be possible so please try to arrive 5 minutes before your time slot.

Can I transfer my ticket to my friend?

Accepted Answer

You cannot transfer your ticket. If you’re unable to attend the event please request a refund via Eventbrite (up to 5 days prior to the event) to let someone on the waitlist purchase the ticket.

Can I move my time slot to a different time?

Accepted Answer

There is no option to move your time slot to a different time. If you’re unable to attend the time slot please request a refund via Eventbrite (up to 5 days prior to the event) to let someone on the waitlist purchase the ticket.

Will there be flash photography at the event?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there will be flash lighting and photography at the event.

Question 10

How long does the event last?

Accepted Answer

The event lasts for 90 minutes, at the end of your time slot you will be required to leave the venue.

Question 11

Is there parking available at the venue?

Accepted Answer

There is no parking at the venue. The nearest car park is  Euro Car Park 162 - 167 Shoreditch High St.

Question 12

Can photos or videos be taken inside the experience?

Accepted Answer

Personal photography equipment is allowed at the event. Photography and filming on cameras and phones  is permitted inside the experience. Gimbals and tripods are not allowed in the venue.
