About this event

Art Journaling: Mandorla Magic — The Alchemy of Opposites

This is one of a series of stand alone art journaling workshops that connects visual art and written word with a sense of personal meaning.

In this workshop, we’ll explore the mandorla- a sacred space formed by two entwined circles- as a powerful symbol of wholeness, paradox, and possibility. The mandorla represents the meeting point of seemingly opposing parts of ourselves, offering an invitation to hold both with compassion.

Through a combination of image and word, you’ll be guided to create a visual expression of your own inner contradictions and discover the beauty in their integration. This process of creative reflection can become a meaningful tool for ongoing journaling and self-discovery.

Whether you're a total beginner or a seasoned artist, you'll leave with a personal, powerful piece.

All materials provided. No experience necessary. Just bring your curiosity.
