Hosted at a brand new luxury wedding venue in Monmouthshire, you’ll be amongst the first photographers on ground, which means you’ll be featured in the venues initial marketing campaigns, should you wish to share your photos. We’ll release the full name and address 1 week prior to the event. As part of the terms with the venue launch, an NDA / online embargo will be in place to ensure you don't share your photos ahead of the official venue launch. We will clarify this on the day, with a definite date you can share your photos.

A packed day of seminars, shooting, lunch and tea, coffee and water are included in the fee. You’ll be split into smaller groups to ensure you have plenty of time with each model, flatlay and detail.

This workshop is curated by Geraint Roberts Photography. Geraint is a film and digital photographer based in South Wales, UK who serves local and destination weddings in Europe. This workshop is the culmination of 10 years experience, business, connections and techniques that you can incorporate into your own practise. That’s why it’s called Aspire; it’s an aspirational event to level up, learn and refine your skills.

Booked up 6-figure photographer Philip Warren will be running a business masterclass, where you’ll learn from his experience navigating VAT, scaling his business, automating and outsourcing, resulting in a great customer experience and rave reviews.

A renowned wedding planner will be attending, we’ll reveal who nearer the time! Geraint will host a Q&A with the planner so you can ask burning questions, how to get your foot in the door with planners and elevate your portfolio.

CEO of Sprout Studio & Freedom Print Lab, Jacob McCarthy, will be hands on to show you the innovative CRM and help crush your album sales this year.

Bridal makeup by iconic Megan Goodchild of The Face Boss will be creating different looks on our professional models, with elegant dresses provided by a luxury bridal shop.

The queen of stationary, save the dates and invites, the chic paintings and illustrations by Blank Alice will adorn flat-lay designs on Olive & Oak styling mats, each with their own unique take on stylish weddings. In addition, a decadent table scape with name and menu cards rounds out the luxury stationary photo opportunities.

RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2025 entrant and award winning floral design company, Wild & Fabulous Flowers, will be crafting magnificent verdant arrangements, featuring £4000 worth of flowers across different locations at the venue.

A delicious summery Greek-style gyros lunch will be provided by Pickled Pumpkin, who are exceptional catering experts. They source nutritional, local produce and employ sustainable practises throughout their businesses. All allergen and dietary needs will be catered for, we’ll just need to know in advance.
