This training session should be attended by all users onboarding onto the Atamis workplan module.
This training session summarises Atamis support materials and runs through user activities, focusing on how to create and maintain workplan records, as well as other areas of the system as required.
Important: Please register using a work email address and not a personal email address. Attendees should ensure that they have watched the Atamis Introduction video before attending this training session.
Attendees should familiarise themselves with the following material ahead of the training session, which can be found on the CCF hub:
- Workplan - ‘how to’ videos – a series of short introductory videos; including an introduction to the Atamis user interface, how to create and edit new workplan records, how to create replacement workplans, how to view and create suppliers, how to create/access standard reports and how to recover deleted records.
- FAQs – a growing document featuring FAQs from prior engagements.
Attendees might also find the following material useful:
- Process taxonomy and workplan actions - an outline of when procurement stakeholders should interact with the Atamis workplan module and the key workplan actions at each step of the commercial process.
- Workplan case studies – several documented experiences following adoption of the Atamis workplan module, including how contacting authorities successfully migrated existing pipeline management processes to Atamis, the barriers/challenges they faced, and benefits they have realised and are expecting.
- Workplan module guidance document – a six-page document detailing fundamental elements of workplans – how to record pipeline information and where/how to report on pipelines. Includes detailed guidance on how to complete the workplan area of the Atamis eCommercial solution to support the reporting requirements.
