Auction Secrets: Behind the Scenes of Fine Art Auctions at Roseberys

Join the Queen's University Alumni Association London, UK Branch for a private evening reception at Roseberys Fine Art Auctioneers and learn about the world of art auctions from Nicole Schembre (Artsci '12).

We will have the opportunity for a private view of the works in Nicole’s upcoming auction of Modern British & 20th Century Art and hear from her interesting stories behind some of the pieces and artists. Nicole will also enlighten us about how art auctions really work, how to easily participate in them, and answer ‘those-questions-we-always-wanted-to-ask-but-were-too-afraid-to’.

Wine and light nibbles are included in the ticket price. This event is open to friends and family of alumni.

We also welcome our friends from the McGill Alumni Association of the UK (MAAUK)!

A group will be meeting at London Victoria station prior to the event to travel to Roseberys together. You’re welcome to join us at the station or meet directly at the venue. More details about the meeting point and time at London Victoria will be emailed to all registered attendees closer to the event date.
