This FREE workshop will help you recognise the signs of burnout and give you the practical tools to manage stress, set boundaries, and prioritise your wellbeing.

Whether you're in work, training, or looking for your next opportunity, looking after your mental health is key to long-term success.

This workshop is part of Hackney Skills for Life programme, supporting residents to develop essential skills for work and life.
