Learn to massage your baby. Find out how it helps with their sleeping, digestion and colic. Get to know other families and ask for help and advice. This is a 4-week course.

This course is aimed at parents/carers of babies aged between 2 – 6 months.

No siblings please.

What to bring:

Please bring a light towel or blanket to lay your baby on. This will sit on top of a yoga mat that we will supply. Please note: we will be sitting on the floor throughout the session so comfortable clothes are advisable.
