BAHNO Annual Scientific Meeting, the only truly multidisciplinary conference for professionals involved in the study and treatment of head and neck cancer.

We are pleased to confirm that #BAHNO2025 will take place on Friday 16th May at The Business Design Centre, London.

The theme of the 2025 conference is Treatment and management of Head and neck cancer in the next decade.

  • Multi-disciplinary representation in our Hospital to Home session for nursing and allied health professionals in head and neck cancer.
  • An interactive panel discussion with the Bristol MDT discussing real-world challenging cases.
  • A dedicated session focusing on career development, covering interviews, consultant jobs, shared decision making and consent – not to be missed for trainees!
  • The return of the BAHNO Debate! In the next 10 years Head and neck cancer management in the UK should only be performed in centres performing large volume caseloads. Are you For or Against?

FEES

We are pleased to offer a super early bird fee which is limited to 100 tickets.

Early bird registration closes Sunday 20th April at 23:59 GMT/BST.

Late tickets and final registration closes Thursday 15th May at 23:59 GMT/BST. Please note, these fees are significantly higher than the early bird rates.

A limited number of onsite places have been reserved for registration on the day.

We have extended the venue capacity for 2025. As the event is increasingly popular we strongly encourage you to book early to avoid disappointment, in the possibility that we sell out.

If you require an invoice please contact academia.bbmuk@bbraun.com. Invoice requests can only be accepted 4 weeks before the event date on receipt of a completed application (deadline date Friday 18th April). After this time, we request that the fee is paid upfront at time of registration either by the participant personally, or by the hospital trust/departmental credit card. Changes to existing invoice requests could delay registration ahead of the event. We strongly recommend that invoices are requested at least 8 weeks ahead of the event to secure your place.

If your registration is made after 14 days prior to the event, we cannot guarantee that your requirements will be catered for appropriately. Please note that there may also be a delay to your check in on arrival.
