Is parking available?

Unfortunately no. We advise to travel by walking, cycling or public transport. More details can be found at https://www.sport.ox.ac.uk/how-to-find-us#collapse1363481

Is the site accessible?

Yes. Access is through the Oxford University RFC entrance, it is step free, but undulating. If you require level access please contact the event organisers.

Are children able to attend?

Yes! This is an event for the whole family and community, we hope to see as many young people there as possible.

Will food and drink be available?

Yes, we are proving a bar area and local food vendors will be at the mile fair, making it an event to spend an afternoon at.

There is limited seating in the grandstands. However, to really experience the racing we encourage you to get trackside or onto the infield to soak up the atmosphere of the mile fair.

What happens if I have registered and arrive after 3pm?

As long as we have not reached capacity you are still welcome to come in. We want to be sure that we can welcome as many people as possible and will keep our social media feeds updated with information.
