This CPD Accredited Training aims to develop your understanding of bullying and banter, and how to equip children and young people with the skills to navigate the line acceptability between the two and prevent the misuse of banter.

This training is aimed at attendees from schools and wider children’s workforce settings, such as Social workers, Healthcare professionals, Youth Offending teams, Early Years providers, Post-16 providers, Youth workers, School Governors, Information, Advice and Support Workers.


This CPD training will cover:

  • Understanding banter & bullying: definitions
  • A deeper understanding of banter and bullying
  • Navigating the line of acceptability
  • Your setting’s approach to banter & bullying
  • Next steps

Please note:

This training is delivered via Zoom, with a maximum of 50 places available. Participants will receive a link with joining instructions nearer the time of the training.

Further, each ticket is only valid for 1 participant. Please buy the correct amount of tickets if you have several staff members attending

Please notify us as soon as possible if you can no longer attend your booked session. If you give us less than a week’s notice, you can still transfer the date of your booking if there are any remaining dates available, but will not be eligible for a refund.

Participants who complete the training will be emailed a CPD certificate directly from the CPD service within 4-6 weeks of the training.
