Dive into the Space & Beyond Showcase at the Bath Digital Festival, where 'space' is explored both as the final frontier above us and the interactive world around us.

Engage hands-on with projects that not only aim to reach the stars but also transform the very space that surrounds us, making technology a more integral and intuitive part of our daily lives. The endlessly fascinating cosmos that Earth resides in.

Our drive to explore beyond the planet has catalysed technological innovation within communication, sustainability, aerospace and beyond.

William Herschel, using a telescope of his design, discovered the planet Uranus in 1781 from his house in Bath and ever since the region has built on this legacy of space innovation.

The West of England is home to one of the UK’s seven regional space hubs with more than 50 space organisations located here. This expertise is enhanced by our status as the UK’s largest aerospace cluster.

Come and boldly venture into the Space Showcase and explore the tech that is helping humanity take its place in our solar system, and beyond.
