About this event

Welcome to the Birth and Baby Course!

The sessions run in-person over the course of two consecutive Wednesdays (the first two Wednesdays of every month). Please ensure you can attend both dates prior to booking your ticket.

These sessions aim to provide families with consistent, up to date and evidence-based information on: the physiology of labour and birth; coping and support during labour; when birth takes an unexpected pathway; your recovery after having a baby and caring for a newborn. This course is ideal for those seeking informative, non-judgmental and empowering antenatal education sessions as well as an opportunity to meet other parents-to-be within the local area.

Whether you are expecting your first child or adding to your growing family, this in-person course allows you the opportunity to ask questions and gain valuable knowledge from our experienced midwives. These sessions aim to support you in making personalised choices around your labour and birth.

This course is recommended for all women and birthing people between 30 and 36 weeks gestation and aligns also with our virtual pain relief session so ensure you book this also!

Join us at the Merstham Community Hub for the opportunity to learn and socialise in a warm and welcoming environment.

Please ONLY book x1 ticket. This admits you AND x1 support partner (if you wish to bring someone with you).
