There will a "marketplace" of stalls exhibiting all the great work that you are doing. There will also be an opportunity to run short (30 min) workshops to share some aspect of your work. As well as sharing the great work we're all doing with a wider audience it will also provide a wonderful networking opportunity bringing all the many projects together in unity.
If you would like an exhibition stall (space for a table and pop-up banner), please book using this eventbrite page. For each stall booking, we are asking for a £20 donation or more to cover some of our costs. However, we are keen to involve everyone, so please book whether you are able to contribute or not. Set up time will be anytime after 11am (ready and set up by 1pm please) with the event itself running from 1:30pm-5:30pm, to leave the venue before 7pm that evening.
