We have 14 separate rooms of differing sizes at our disposal. One room will be dedicated to board games with our FLGS providing a library of favourites. The biggest room will play host to larger games e.g. Double Trouble by day, and Nicky's SPIES and a quiz in the evenings.

Can I/we stay at the venue?

Yes, and shortly after the launch of tickets we will be sharing information about how to book rooms at a discounted rate.

Can I bring my own food/drink into the event?

The venue does not permit any food to be brought in. The venue boasts a restaurant that serves lunch between 12-2pm and dinner between 7-9pm.

Can I bring in my own alcohol?

No, only alcohol purchased from the venue is permitted.

Is the venue wheelchair accesible?

Yes, the venue has step-free access and elevators to the higher floors.

Can I buy a ticket on the day?

No, tickets are only purchasable via the Eventbrite site and ticket sales will close the evening before the event begins.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds will only be given in exceptional circumstances e.g. accidents or events outside the control of the organisers or ticket buyer.

Where can I park?

The venue has approximately 200 parking spaces including 8 accessible spaces. Please ensure your vehicle's registration number is registered each day you attend.

What days does the Weekend ticket encompass?

The Weekend ticket gives you access to the venue and all events for all 3 days, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
