BODY MIND SOUL YOGA CLASSES WITH IZZA KAUR

Nourish your physical body, harmonise your emotions, clear your mind, activate your energy, and connect with the truth of your soul.

These classes are designed for intermediate or experienced yogis, or beginners who are ready to go deeper, it offers a dynamic exploration of Kundalini Yoga. We’ll journey through a variety of powerful themes, including chakra activation, breath control, mental clarity, communication, spiritual growth, emotional balance, heart opening, self-love, and more.

Some classes will be more meditative, focusing on deep inner awareness, while others will be more physical, challenging your body and energy flow. Whether you're an intermediate or advanced student, or a beginner in good physical condition, these classes will help take your practice to new levels of awareness and energy.

Come prepared to challenge yourself, grow, and tap into your fullest potential.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO PRACTICE?

I recommend you to wear comfortable cotton clothes, in order to move freely without restrictions. Natural fabric conveys energy better. Yoga mats and props are available in the yoga room.

WHY DO KUNDALINI YOGA OFTEN WEAR A HEADSCARF?

The headscarf has a few benefits: - It helps focusing (especially during meditation) and/or increases your focus - It creates a barrier to other people's energy from entering in your physical body - It massages slightly your scalp - If you are prone to headaches/migraine, it helps.

HOW IS KUNDALINI YOGA DIFFERENT FROM OTHER TYPES OF YOGA?

It focuses on awakening and channeling energy through chakras, etc. It combines dynamic postures, breathwork, meditation, and chanting to balance body, mind, and spirit. Unlike yoga styles focused on flexibility or strength, it emphasizes energy activation and inner transformation for householders.

IS KUNDALINI YOGA DANGEROUS?

Kundalini Yoga is safe when practiced with a trained teacher. Some find it intense as it awakens deep self-awareness, releasing old patterns and sparking transformation. While powerful, this process leads to empowerment, freedom, and a stronger connection to your true self.
