Yes, you are allowed to bring in your own food and drink. There will also be food and drink available at the event.

We use weather predicting algthorims to plan every event with minimial weather impacts but after all this is Britain. Depending on how severe the weather forecast is we will endevour to contact you 24 hours in advance if we need to reschedule. If no contact has been made assume its on.

All event locations are non smoking within the event space.

Yes, families are very welcome. Please refer to the different film age certificates before bookings to see the sessions suitable for children. We don't want you to be disappointed if we refuse you entry. Under 1s are free.

Toilets will be available within the centre, a short walk from the event location

 Your ticket is emailed to you as an Eticket soon after you've purchased it. It can be printed or screenshotted to be handed to the team on the gates. If you can't obtain the tickets for any reason identification will be required to match you to our system. Passport or driving license is preferred.

45 mins before screening time is when we open.

Yourself is a priority , blankets and chairs for you to sit on and be warm and poncho or coat in circumstances of light rain. We do have a limited number of pillows and blankets to hire out. These can be pre booked in advance. please get in touch if required as they do all hire out fast.

Refunds will be available if we have to cancel the event. If the showing cannot go ahead due to increment weather we will transfer to another screening

Tents and gazebos are not permitted as they block the view for others and can be a hazard in high winds.

Animals are not permitted, please leave them at home.

All events are held on grass, should you need assistance at the event, please make yourselves known to our friendly stewards and they will be happy to help.
