What do I wear?

You can wear any loose fitting sports clothing but please no zips, pockets or drawstrings.

The taster session is completely free with no obligation. If you wish to join as a member we have a variety of options from pay as you go to monthly, or upfront with varying costs.

Where are you located?

Gym 01 is in Fratton near the large Tescos. We have free parking and can easily be found behind Enterprise Rent A Car.
