It’s spring once again and after the winter hibernation we are now replenished. The earth has now thawed and the fertile season is now here. Ushering in the return of longer days, warmer weather and the rejuvenation of nature. Cherry trees begin to blossom, we can see the tiny, green buds on the trees and the daffodil’s appear as if by magic. Indeed, all of nature knows spring is the official new year, and it's the time for new beginnings, creativity, expansion and a new way of being.

We are here to assist in integrating the practice of meditation into your daily routine as one would with workouts, runs and yoga sessions. By habit stacking or replace this new habit with existing ones and by focusing on minor adjustments to your lifestyle routines, you will find it easier to implement and maintain the practice of meditation. By showing up and taking action, the aim towards harmony and abundance are realistic and achievable.

When we meditated our mind clears, we begin to raise our vibration, we begin to bring everything into alignment and everything begins to improve. When we are sensing and feeling, as opposed to thinking, the analytical mind slows down. This is the purpose of meditation, to quiet the analytical or monkey mind. After just 3 inhalations and exhalations of conscious pranic breathing you will begin to relax and your healing begins.
