Frequently asked questions

Can I bring my children to the event?

Yes, there will be some children's classes at the festival. Please note that children need to be supervised at all times. Even while in the class you must remain in the class with them.

Is there any food and drink?

Yes, there will be several stalls selling vegetarian and vegan food. Drinks will also be available. Please note this is an alcohol free festival though so no alcohol permitted.

Can I book classes in advance ?

No, you can't book classes in advance. So please make sure you look at the timetable and plan in advance if there is a class you particularly want to attend you may need to arrive early to that session.

Do I need to have done yoga before to come to the festival?

The festival is open to everyone, we love to welcome new people to yoga and we will have a number of classes aimed at complete beginners. Yoga for us isn't about about being able to get into unusual postures, (although this may happen). It's about being present, and being you, just as you are.
