Monthly Business Coffee Morning at Oldham Library
Come along on the second Wednesday of the month to our Business Coffee Morning at the Business Centre (BIPC) in Oldham Library!
Each month we have a different mini-topic with a short talk by an expert. Then have a brew, network with other local small businesses and talk to business support organisations from across the borough. The Build a Business team will also be there to help you access all the free resources available through Oldham Libraries.

Weds 14th May 2025: Finding Your Customers: Who, what, where, how and why? - Andrew from Build A Business will be discussing how to find and use the information that you need to make the best decisions for your business.
Weds 11th June 2025: Social Media Strategy - Brianna from Digital Flamingo will be outlining how you can build a strategy that will get your business noticed online.
Weds 9th July 2025: Accounting and Compliance FAQs - Dan from Bluefox accounting will be answering all the common questions and busting myths about accounting and business compliance.

This event is part of our Build A Business in GM Libraries programme, funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund. To be eligible to attend this workshop you must either:
Own a small business (including sole traders and microbusinesses) OR
You are thinking of starting a business or have a business idea you want to develop
You or your business also needs to have a postcode within one of the following Greater Manchester authorities:
Bolton, Bury, Oldham, Manchester, Rochdale, Salford, Stockport, Tameside, Trafford or Wigan.
