Come and be entertained by a jam-packed afternoon of home-grown dialect performances given by YDS members and past ‘graduates’ from the ‘Let’s talk Tyke’ courses. Discover more about the Yorkshire Dialect Society, the oldest dialect society in the world. Enjoy some real Yorkshire ‘crack’ during the break, and have a bit of hands on fun, finding out just exactly how well you know your Yorkshire Dialect.

A treat of an afternoon for all those who speak ‘Yorkshire’, are interested in dialect, or who simply like to hear it spoken.
