This online session will take place over Microsoft Teams and is aimed at Reception and Admin Staff.
FOR WAKEFIELD GENERAL PRACTICE STAFF ONLY
This interactive session on care navigation provides staff with the opportunity to improve their knowledge of care navigation.
Time will be taken to establish if staff are care navigating correctly. The benefits of using the template will be discussed and staff will have the opportunity to ask the care navigation trainer any questions they may have.
The session will conclude with staff being given time to work through scenarios. This will encourage discussion on how they would respond to each scenario, enabling them to fully utilise both internal and external services.
Please note feedback is mandatory and a certificate will not be issued until feedback is complete.
An Outlook calendar invite will be sent out after booking and a joining link will be sent out closer to the time of the session so make sure the email address you have provided is accessed before the session.
If you are booking more than one person on the session you need to ensure an email address is provided for each person
