1.Tickets cannot be refunded after purchase unless the Event is cancelled, abandoned or rescheduled.

2.In the case of a cancelled Event, Customers will be refunded the face value of the Tickets and any associated booking fees they have paid.


  1. In the case of a postponed/ rescheduled Event, Customers will be offered alternative Tickets of the same value for the new date/ time, subject to availability. Where it is not possible to offer Tickets of the same value then alternative Tickets may be offered. Should the Customer not wish to accept these Tickets then a refund can be obtained for the face value of the Tickets and any associated booking fees
  2. If a customer wishes to exchange their tickets for another performance of the same production, the Company may be able to do this subject to availability and on condition that the request is made at least 48 hours before the performance (at the discretion of the Clyde Opera's management, this 48 hour rule may be waived in the event of unexpected adverse weather conditions that restrict travel). No refund will be given if the ticket price for the alternative performance is less than the price of the ticket purchased, but when the ticket price of the alternative performance is higher, the customer will be required to pay the difference. No administration charge will be made for processing this exchange.
