Is seating allocated?

No, if you have a 'Standard' ticket it is first come, first served so we recommend arriving promptly if you want a seat closer to the front

Are children welcome?

They are, however due to the nature of the music and performance we request quiet throughout the event in respect of the performers

VIP ticket holders have reserved seating at the front of the audience, they are also invited to the mince pie and mulled wine reception afterwards

Tickets can be refunded up to five days before the event

As 100% of the proceeds from ticket sales is being donated to charity, there are no discounted rates
