We wont be visiting the Grotto, do we still need to purchase a ticket?

No, the tickets are for the Grotto only (including trailer ride), the event is otherwise free.

Do I need to go with my child on the trailer and into the Grotto?

Yes, each child must be accompanied by an adult.

We have plenty of parking on site.

Yes, we will have space indoors for you to leave your buggy, ready for you to collect when you leave the Grotto.

Yes, our two homing areas will both be open on the day. However, due to the day being busy, we are not able to get any cats out for you to meet.

You can purchase tickets on the day, however, space for specific time slots can not be guaranteed without a pre-booked ticket.
