Champing at Lavenham Church - overnight sponsored sleepover

A floor space, a seating area, hot chocolate, snacks, board games, bacon rolls, tea & coffee in the morning. Water is available. Teddy Bears are welcome! You can bring your laptops, iPads, other devices, please wear earplugs or headphones so as not to disturb others. Electrical points are limited.

Food is available across the road at the Cock Horse Inn. In Lavenham there are other places - The Swan Hotel, The Greyhound, The Great House, The Angel Hotel. You may bring a picnic and drinks with you. There are no facilities for heating up food.

Unfortunately due to safeguarding policies children are not allowed at this event overnight..

A sponsorship form will be emailed to you. You are asked to obtain as many sponsors as you can for sleeping over in the church. You will gather the sponsorship money and submit to the Church. It will be split 50/50 with one portion going to the Salvation Army for the work they do to support the ho

there is one toilet. This will be sufficient when you want to dress in the morning, brush your teeth, shave (as appropriate).. There are no shower facilities available. There are additional toilets in the public car park across the road and at the Cock Horse Inn when open.
